Our Story

Ambition Builders is a nonprofit organization founded in January 2026 with a mission to revitalize communities on the South and West Sides of Chicago. After years of witnessing the growing number of abandoned and vacant properties in neighborhoods that deserve to thrive, our founder created Ambition Builders to help drive meaningful change. Our program provides participants with hands-on construction training, including carpentry skills, while giving them real-world experience rehabilitating abandoned properties. Participants also learn the fundamentals of purchasing, renovating, and investing in real estate. By transforming neglected properties into productive homes and community assets, Ambition Builders aims to strengthen neighborhoods, create economic opportunity, and help build a future where every community has the chance to prosper.
